For children
Our new language program is comprised of a progressive series of ten-class sessions. Each class is conducted exclusively in Mandarin in a structured ,stimulating ,nurturing and playful environment through the use of toys, pretend play techniques, visual aids, etc. Our program will provide children 3 to 7 years old with the tools to use Chinese, learnt from a context, not from mere memorization. Each group incorporates techniques and props that are appropriate to their specific age.
Our classes are designed to be small, intimate, age-appropriate and most of all, fun. Children will have the opportunity to work on their language, musical, motor, creativity and social skills in an immersive environment that is both supportive and instructive. Older children are introduced to the art of calligraphy.
Chinese Sunflowers Studio offers interactive instruction in Mandarin to groups of Six children of similar age and level, or in private lessons. Classes are kept small in order to facilitate the full participation of very child.The age range for children is from three to seven years. Our methodology is based on the importance of sensory integrative association and child- development. Therefore, songs, stories, language immersion games, sensory motor activities, and manipulative tools are strongly rooted in our curriculums. One of our missions is that we want each child in our Chinese Sunflowers Studio feel FUN to LEARN Mandarin .
For adults
We offer private Mandarin Chinese One–On-One ( Two-on-One) lessons for adults that will help you achieve your specific Chinese learning goals. Our Chinese courses are based on your level, pace, and learning style. Tell us your Chinese learning goals and we will design a personalized and professional study plan for you!
